Civil works package was completed for the construction of a five-unit industrial shed development on a greenfield site.

Works included bulk earthworks and site preparation, building pad preparation, stormwater drainage, and survey set-out, along with construction of internal slabs and footings, concrete carpark and hardstand areas, and retaining walls.

Activities were sequenced across multiple work fronts, with coordination between trades ensuring efficient, integrated delivery in line with the construction program.

The project delivered a durable and fit-for-purpose outcome designed to support heavy vehicle access and industrial operations.
