The works comprised installation of approximately 600 metres of 150mm diameter sewer main at depths of 1–3 metres, construction of 14 concrete maintenance holes, and a cut-in connection to the existing live sewer network.

Construction was completed in line with utility authority requirements, ensuring effective integration of new infrastructure into existing services. Activities were sequenced and controlled to maintain quality and compliance across all stages of the works.
