What We Do

Accurate survey setout is the foundation of every successful civil project. ATD Civil Group has its own skilled in-house survey team, meaning your project is set out correctly from day one, without relying on third-party surveyors or dealing with scheduling delays.

Our surveying capability supports all phases of civil construction, from initial setout and level control through to as-built documentation for council and authority compliance.

Whether you're breaking ground on a new subdivision, preparing a commercial building pad or delivering council infrastructure, accurate survey setout is what separates a smooth project from a costly one.

Why Choose ATD Civil for Surveying & Engineering?

With an in-house survey team embedded directly into our civil construction operations, you get a level of coordination and accountability that third-party surveyors simply can't match. Our surveyors work alongside our earthworks and construction crews from day one, mitigating design inaccuracies and reducing rework, to allow your project to stay on programme. From initial setout through to as-built documentation, ATD Civil Group owns the full scope, so nothing falls through the cracks.
